About

We don't just provide a place to live.

We build the foundation for a life worth living — for adults serious about long-term recovery and independent adulthood.

Cornerstone Sober Living was founded on a simple conviction: the transition from treatment back into ordinary life is the moment most recovery succeeds — or quietly falls apart. What's needed isn't more clinical care. It's structure, accountability, and a community of peers who expect the best of each other.

We built Cornerstone to be that next step. A safe home in Austin, run with clear standards, where residents work, attend meetings, do their step work, manage their money, and learn to live the life they came to recovery to find.

Through the Cornerstone Path™ and Foundation Coaching™, we walk alongside residents as they build the four foundations — recovery, career, financial, and life — that independent living actually requires.

Our values

Built on four words.

Faith

Hope is a foundation. We honor each resident's spiritual path.

Integrity

We say what we mean and do what we say — and expect the same.

Accountability

Structure is care. Standards make growth possible.

Community

Recovery happens in connection. No one walks this alone.
